- When are you open?

We are open EVERY DAY - 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm and up to 6pm by arrangement.
Often open until 6pm in the summer
- Are there any weather restrictions?
-
No, you can fly in almost any weather conditions. As long as you are alright with getting cold and wet.
- How long will the ride take?
-
The whole experience takes around 10-15 minutes. But its always best to allow for up to 30 minutes.
After receiving safety instructions and getting suited up, you'll enjoy your selected minutes of flight time.
- Will I get any instructions or help?
-
Yes! You will get full pre-flight instructions for a more enjoyable ride and for your safety. During the ride the Flight Master will give you further instructions as needed for the most primo experience.
- Do I have to wear anything special?
-
You will wear one of our custom-made flight suits - which we will provide. Part of your setup time is in getting suited up.
Just wear casual clothes we will provide you with a flight suit that will slip over what you're wearing
No collars, button down collars are best
Bare feet, socks or soft shoes are all okay
Hard sole shoes or boots are not acceptable
Goggles are provided (free of charge)
No glasses can be worn under goggles - contact lenses only
You can wear your own flight suit if you are a sky diver
- Are there any height or weight restrictions?

There are no height restrictions as such, but we do have a maximum weight limit of approx 130 (depending on body shape and how well you fly)
We have flown 170kg (we are told this is a world record for a wind tunnel)
- Are there any restrictions on age?
-
We have flown people from 5 - 65 years. The main criteria is that the person flying must be able to understand and carry out all instructions given, that's all.
- Is it safe?

YES! We care a lot about our customers. We have taken every precaution to ensure your safety, including a super large air cushion which protects your falls. Our Flight Masters are trained to make your ride as safe and as much fun as possible.
- Do I need to book?
-
No, however there may be a short wait for your flight in busy holiday periods.
Yes, for all Master Blaster packages and all groups (including skydivers) will need to prebook.
- What other attractions do you have on site?

We are situated in the Agroventures Park with it's many farm and tourist activities, shows and attractions. The following adventures are also available when you come out to Freefall Xtreme:
